🔬 Research and Development (R&D) Cell

The Research and Development Cell of the college has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Higher Education, Haryana and UGC to promote a culture of research, innovation, and knowledge creation among faculty and students. The Cell acts as a catalyst to strengthen research aptitude, encourage interdisciplinary projects, and facilitate collaborations with academic institutions, industries, and government agencies.
Objectives

To create a conducive environment for quality research and innovation.

To encourage faculty and students to undertake research projects and publications.

To disseminate information regarding research grants, fellowships, and funding agencies.

To organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and training programmes on research methodology.

To promote research ethics, integrity, and intellectual property rights (IPR) awareness.
Functions of the Cell

Assisting faculty and students in preparing proposals for minor/major research projects.

Encouraging publications in peer-reviewed journals and participation in conferences.

Maintaining records of research outputs, publications, and projects of the college.

Identifying research opportunities, funding agencies, and consultancy services.

Supporting innovation and incubation activities.

Promoting interdisciplinary and socially relevant research aligned with national and state priorities.
